Only exercise can make perfect belly, the following exercises are very effective for lower abdomen.
4. Balance Abdomen and Straighten Legs
4a. Lie on the mat, knees bent, put your hands on each side of your body.
4b. Hold your right knee with your hands, raise your head, shoulders and your back, meantime, straighten your left leg and raise it up 45 degrees, with the tiptoe straight. Do the exercise with your legs by turns.

5. Lie on your back and Raise your legs up
5a. Lie on the mat, straighten your legs, tighten your tiptoes, put your hands on sides of your body, flatten your back against the floor.
5b. With your abdominal muscle strength, raise your legs at a 90 degree angle to your torso, keep your knee joints straight. Keep the posture for 5 seconds, then put down slowly. Do 3 groups, 15 times every group.
