6. Lie-up Exercise on Gymnastic Ball
6a. Lie on the gymnastic ball and flatten your upper body, keep your keens bent at 90 degree angle to your thighs, flatten your hands behind your ears and keep your balance
6b. Raise your head and shoulders with your abdominal muscle strength, tighten your pelvic muscles, then return back to the start posture. Do 3 groups, 15 times every group.

7. Side Waist Exercise
7a. Lie sideways. straighten your legs, support your upper body with the left arm, put your right hand on your right side waist.
7b. Raise your right leg up slowly at a 60 degree angle, then swing the right leg in a clockwise direction, until you feel that your side waist muscles are tightened. Exercise with your left and right legs by turns.
